People often think that living a healthy lifestyle is expensive. Healthy lifestyle means creating habits that support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It’s not about strict rules — it’s about balance and consistency. You can plant your own vegetables.

1. Eat for Nourishment

  • Balanced meals: Include lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats.
  • Hydrate well: Aim for at least 2–3 liters of water daily.
  • Limit processed foods: Cut down on sugary drinks, fried foods, and excessive salt.
